This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is electronically formed between the buyer (“Customer”) and Oyaseraya Kozmetik Ltd. Şti. (“Seller”) in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the order placed by the Customer through the website https://oyaseraya.com.

Customer Information
The Customer information (name, surname, address, phone, e-mail) provided at checkout is considered valid for this Agreement.
Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Customer. Product characteristics, prices and payment details are displayed on the website at the time of the order.
Products and Delivery
Products purchased by the Customer are delivered to the address specified during checkout.
Delivery times depend on the courier service and the destination.
Once the product is delivered to the Customer or the designated recipient, the Seller’s delivery obligation is fulfilled.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
Payment Terms
Payments are securely processed through iyzico.
Orders are not processed until payment is successfully completed.
Right of Withdrawal
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The Customer must notify the Seller via e-mail or WhatsApp within this period.
Returned products must be unused, unopened and sent in their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for:
Opened cosmetic products for hygiene reasons, customized products or short-dated products.
Consequences of Withdrawal
Once the returned product is received and approved, a refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Return shipping costs belong to the Customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Delivery and Risk
Responsibility for the product transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, the Customer should request a damage report from the courier.
Customer Obligations
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete order information.
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional costs belong to the Customer.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the Customer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with Law No. 6502.
Enforcement
This Agreement becomes valid once the Customer completes the order on the website.
