This Pre-Information Form is prepared to inform consumers prior to completing a purchase, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Basic Qualities of the Products

The essential characteristics of the products are displayed on each product detail page, including content, volume, usage directions and specific features.

Price and Payment Information

The total price of the products, including taxes, is shown during checkout.
Payments are securely processed through iyzico.

Delivery Information

Delivery time depends on stock status and courier service availability.
Shipping costs are clearly shown before payment is completed.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

To use this right, the customer must notify the Seller via e-mail or WhatsApp within the legal period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Opened or used cosmetic products (due to hygiene reasons)

• Custom-made products

• Products with a near expiry date

Consequences of Withdrawal

Returned products must be unused, unopened and sent in original packaging.
After the product reaches the Seller, a refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Return shipping costs belong to the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damage at Delivery

If the package appears damaged upon delivery, the customer must request a damage report from the courier.
Otherwise, responsibility passes to the customer.

Customers may submit complaints through the contact information above.
In case of disputes, applications may be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
